When Can I Return or Replace an Item?

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The item is not as described


What Are the Conditions?

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must request it within 2 days of receiving the item

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the invoice or proof of purchase


How the Process Works? 

  1. Submit a Request
    Contact us within 2 days of delivery to let us know you’d like to return or replace an item.

  2. We Review Your Request
    Our team will review it and respond within 24 hours.

  3. Pickup & Inspection
    If approved, we’ll schedule a pickup within 3 working days and inspect the item.

  4. Refund or Replacement
    Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using your original payment method, or we’ll send a replacement as agreed.
